Office 365 Education is a collection of tools and services that allows teachers and students to collaborate, share resources and schoolwork with your other students and fellow teachers free.

Office 365 for Education has several built-in features that allow for effective distance learning. Students and educators (teachers) at eligible institutions can sign up for Office 365 Education free, including and not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and now Microsoft Teams, and additional classroom tools.

All your learning institution needs is a valid school email address (with a qualified domain name).

Once teachers (educators) and students have been setup/signed up for Office 365 for Education accounts, teachers can create Teams for each of their classes therefore allowing teachers to communicate, share resources, assign work and offer feedback to students. Additionally, students are able to submit work, communicate and collaborate with each other.
